Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
Actual delivery times are dependent on logistics.
We do not ship or deliver on weekends and holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking information will update within 48 hours.
If your tracking information has not updated within 10 business days, please contact support@abokpower.com.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany and are dispatched via our current primary shipping carrier, DPD, Raben.

Shipping Information

Please ensure all your shipping information is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any loss caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, including but not limited to lost packages, packaging damage, delays, and other losses.
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at support@abokpower.com within 3 business days.
We are not responsible for any loss, including lost packages, packaging damage, delays, and other damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in contacting the relevant carrier. Please retain all original packaging and the damaged item(s), as this material may be required for filing a claim with the carrier.

ABOK Power offers Free Shipping to Germany and most regions within the EU (excluding some outlying islands and overseas territories).
